Refund policy

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
