Shipping

* Kuwait: In-stock orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Out-of-stock items require 2–6 working days for preparation before dispatch. Product availability is listed on each product page.
* GCC: Estimated delivery within 5–9 working days.
* Worldwide: Estimated delivery within 7–12 working days.

All delivery times are estimates and refer to working days only.

Custom Orders

For custom sizes or special requests, please contact us via Instagram DM before placing your order.

* Full payment is required before production begins.
* Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-Customized Items

* Refund or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
* Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customized Items

Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Additional Information

* Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
* Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed.
* International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
* If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
